Laurito Positano with private parking

Laurito is a beautiful house finely restored in 2020. It consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a large living room with a dining area and a wonderful kitchen where you can have fun cooking your meals, enjoying the sea view!
The private parking is just ten steps from the house. The grocery stores are about 1.5 km away in Praiano. A couple of restaurants are within 500 meters. The bus stop is less than 100 meters away.
The four-story building in which the apartment is located is a modern, well-kept, and well-maintained construction that has been erected on the hill overlooking the sea: you will experience the excitement of being directly on the water dominating it from above, without the interference of any other buildings or vehicle noise.
Laurito is located between Praiano and Positano, just outside the center of Praiano, below the coastal road. The building has a private access to the sea, shared with very few other people: the effort of descending the 500 steps to access the sea will be well rewarded by the corner of Paradise that you will discover upon your arrival.
The closest public beaches are that of Laurito (but you must climb 500 stairs), or Marina di Praia in Praiano, 1.2 km away, and the beach of Positano, 3 km away. Getting to us by car is preferable, as we have private parking, but not essential. The house is located just 1-minute walk from the bus stop, both internal Praiano / Positano and those of the Sita line which connects all the centers of the Amalfi Coast such as Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, as well as Sorrento.
