We had to travel to another town and pay for another hotel. The hotel owner could not reach hotels.com by phone and i tried the virtual chat as there are no contact numbers for them. I managed to chat later to an agent virtually and i am still waiting for my refund. The hotel owner has emailed hotels.com to confirm we did not stay there. Not a great...
