In the coastal town of Posedarje, near the town of Zadar is located this beautiful vacation home with pool. The living area consists of a bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen on the first floor, while upstairs are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with kitchen and dining area. The proximity to the beach and crystal clear sea, located about 300 meters away, allows you to swim and sunbathe in the sea all day with family and friends. From the traffic road located right nearby you can get to the national parks, which are definitely worth a visit due to their natural beauty. Also visit the city of Zadar, which has cultural and historical monuments, as well as numerous summer events and excellent restaurants.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
