Wir haben die Aufenthalt in Posada wirklich sehr genossen und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Danke für alles,danke für die nette Kontakt und ganz großes Dankeschön an Rino,der so hilfsbereit und nett war.Ihn haben wir ganz fest ins Herz geschlossen. die Wohnung war wie angegeben, alles war vorhanden. Encore un merveilleux séjour!
Un appartement toujours aussi agréable( nous y avons séjourné pour la troisième fois) pour visiter une belle région de Sardaigne. L’appartement est très bien équipé. La terrasse offre le matin, un lever de soleil exceptionnel et le soir, un cadre privilégié. Le village de Posada est charmant avec ses ruelles pavées et sa tour où la vue sur la mer et les montagnes avoisinantes est splendide. Les plages aux alentours sont très belles et de nombreuses villes et villages sont à visiter en faisant quelques kilomètres. Nous remercions vivement notre hôte et Rino pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Toller Urlaub, tolle Location
Wir hatten ein paar wunderbare Tage in dem kleinen Ort Posada. Das Haus und auch der Ort haben uns sehr gefallen. Strand, Haus und Ort selbst sind wunderbar und dazu ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Norden der Insel und die Bucht von Orosei. Hoffentlich bis bald :)

Haben tolle 10 Tage mit unseren 3 Kindern in der wunderschönen Wohnung mit einem phantastischen Blick aufs Meer und Landschaft von der riesigen Dachterrasse verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der kleine Ort sehr malerisch und der nahegelegene Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser auch in der Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt, wir sind begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Karibik in Europa
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt im 1. OG des liebevoll und authentisch restaurierten Hauses am Rande der Altstadt von Posada. Bestens ausgestattet und mit wunderbaren alten Fliesenböden, alten Holztüren und vor allem einer bestechend großen Dachterrasse versehen. Phantastischer Rundumblick in die beeindruckend blühende Natur und vor allem auf das grün blaue Meer. Hier ließ sich bei einem guten sardischen Wein mit gebratenem fangfrischen Fisch der Abend zelebrieren. Der an die Karibik erinnernde Traumsandstrand nur in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Küstenwanderungen und Schwimmen im klaren Wasser wunderbar. Auch strategisch für Tagesausflüge bestens gelegen. Es gibt reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nah erreichbar und Rino steht fürsorglich und sehr hilfsbereit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Gern würden wir wiederkommen.

Tolles Gesamtpaket!
Die sanierte Wohnung, in der z.B. schöne, alte Bodenfliesen und Holztüren erhalten wurden, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Dachterasse lädt auch Ende April schon zum Frühstücken und Verweilen ein. Die alte Stadt Posada ist wunderbar ursprünglich, direkt an einem Naturschutzgebiet gelegen, das zum Wandern und Radfahren einlädt. Der Strand ist toll und sehr sauber. Küstenwanderungen sind hier abwechlungsreich und schön. Die Betreuung und Unterstützung durch Rino, insbesondere bei der Vermittlung eines Autos, war sehr gut. Auch die Tipps der Eigentümerfamilie Schley waren sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank! Wir werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und gerne wiederkommen.

Traumhaft
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in unserer Traumwohnung am alten Ortskern von Posada und haben die Zeit mit allem erdenklichen Komfort sehr genossen - vor allem haben wir uns gut erholt. Das liegt vor allem an der Lage und dem wunderschönen Blick über das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll, persönlich und mit italienischem Charme gestaltet, alles ist vorhanden und in sehr gutem, gepflegtem Zustand. Man sieht, dass alles gehütet und gewartet wird. Am schönsten ist natürlich die herrliche Terrasse, auf der wir die warmen Sonnenstrahlen des Herbstes noch genießen durften - mit atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer und dem fast greifbaren Strand, der mit dem hauseigenen Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen ist. Die Zeit verging viel zu schnell, jedoch - wir sehen uns ganz sicher wieder in unserer Traumwohnung.

Très bon emplacement dans le centre historique du Village. La maison est fraîche, très bien ventilé par un vent de mer et climatisation si besoin. La terrasse est très apprécié, l'appartement est très pratique avec de belles chambres et un grand séjour. La plage est 15 min à Pied.

Urlaub mitten im sardinischen Alltag
Die FEWO geniesst einen tollen Ausblick zum Meer. Der Rino ist ein interessanter und angenehmer Gesprächspartner, der auch gerne weiterhilft. Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen zu dritt und man braucht kein Internet.

Schöne Auszeit!
Wir verbrachten knapp zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung am Rande der Altstadt von Posada. Es hat alles wunderbar geklAppt und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt ist superbste und war reibungslos, die Wohnung ist authentisch und einwandfrei. Einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung gibt es auch. Für Kinder gibt es einen Spielplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Posada scheint noch nicht in den Reiseführern zu stehen, ist aber ein süßes Örtchen mit tollem Restaurant/bar/laden. Der Strand ist keinen Kilometer entfernt und ist ein Traum. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern da (6 Monate und 4 jahre).

Perfekte Location! In jeder Weise groß.
Es war unser erster Kontakt mit Sardinien, und eben nur der erste! Wie werden wieder kommen. Und auch in genau diese Unterkunft! Alles war wie erwartet und erhofft. Mit viel Freude und liebe zum Detail ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer tollen Dachterrasse, die einen 270 grad Blick über die einzigartig beruhigende Farm- und Dünenlandschaft bis zum Meer ermöglicht. Selten haben wir ein derart sauberes Meer und einen so sehr natürlich reinen Strand erlebt. In den knapp zwei Wochen sahen wir, weder am Strand von Posada, noch an anderen von uns im nördlichen Teil der Insel besuchten Strände, so kristallklares Wasser! Auch der alte Ort Posada ist einfach nur romantisch. Man darf hier kein Chichi erwarten. Auch gibt es hier „nur“ ca. zwei Restaurants; aber sowohl das eine (Sa Rocca, (ein tolles Ristorante mit hervorragender sardischer Küche), als auch das am Fuße des Bergdörfchens gelegenen Ristorante/Pizzeria, sind wirklich empfehlenswert und wir haben in beiden immer hervorragend gegessen. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit hier und werden immer gerne wiederkommen! Danke an Familie Schley!!!
