El hotel es pequeñito pero muy acogedor. La gente que trabaja alli muy maja. Aunque la limpieza de la habitacion era un poco escasa. La zona muy bonita.

El edificio es una preciosidad y está muy bien conservado. Lo mejorable son las camas y la ropa de cama. No hay desayuno con la habitación y se paga según lo que consumas

Muy buena en general. Hay cosas a mejorar
La habitación y la limpieza son excelentes. Las terraza y las vistas impresionantes. Lo único a mejorar es que las habitaciones tendrían que tener un almohadón más alto para poder dormir mejor de lateral.

Localización perfecta para conocer el valle de Valdeón. Muy comodo para moverte por él y conocer todas sus rutas y senderos. Estancia muy agradable con unas vistas inmejorables.

Bonito y acogedor, bastante mejorable en servicio.
El hotel es muy chulo y acogedor, nuestra estancia ha sido agradable en general aunque tiene algunos detalles que mejorar respecto al servicio. - En la habitación solo nos pusieron gel y champú para un día cuando estuvimos alojados cinco días. - Uno de los días nos dejaron solo dos de las cuatro toallas. - En la habitación había alguna araña que otra. - La Wi-Fi no se pillaba desde nuestra habitación. - No te puedes llevar la llave de tu habitación fuera del hotel teniendo que depositarla en un recipiente en recepción donde cualquiera tiene acceso a ella. - El servicio en el bar podría ser mas ágil. - Poca variedad de comida para desayunar comer o cenar.

Een traumatische ervaring
Alles ging mis in dit hotel. Een greep uit de reeks aan mislukkingen. De tijd voor ontbijt is pas vanaf 09.00u; merkwaardig voor een hotel in een wandelgebied. Men had ons beloofd om ontbijt gereed te zetten, zodat we om 07.30u konden ontbijten. Een belofte die men nooit is nagekomen. De lift was kapot, de watertoevoer haperde en de dinerservice was ronduit vreselijk. Men deed er 40 minuten over om een tosti te maken. De meest vreselijke ervaring was evenwel op de laatste avond. Op die avond kwam onze dochter buiten haar schuld vast te zitten op de badkamer wegens een niet functionerende badkamerdeur (kapot beslag, wegens verwaarlozing en gebrek aan onderhoud). Dit was voor onze dochter een claustrofobische ervaring. Na een hoop gedoe heeft een medewerker van het hotel de deur van de badkamer met veel geweld ingetrapt. Toen we 's avonds terugkwamen begon de dame die het hotel kennelijk beheert op een zeer onvriendelijke en agressieve wijze de schuld van de kapotte deur op ons af te schuiven. We stonden perplex. Dit terwijl wij hadden verwacht dat er excuses zouden worden gemaakt voor de situatie waarin het hotel onze dochter had gebracht. Het was de omgekeerde wereld. Uiteindelijk heeft een bevriende Spaanse advocaat de situatie rond middernacht per telefoon moeten de-escaleren. Het was een ervaring die ertoe leidde dat we het liefste dezelfde avond nog waren vertrokken, zij het dat het daarvoor te laat was. De volgende ochtend zijn we om 07.00 u vertrokken.
