They should send entry instructions right after you confirm your identity. I confirmed my identity the day before. 2. I had no idea that this was a no contact, self service hotel. "The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. "I found the online “boarding pass” directions confusing. Great location, can walk to train station in a few minutes, and to shopping area and cathedral. The shower is a bit messy (you have to squeegee the floor after use) but works fine, Groceries just down the street.
