We are the Berman's, my name is Joshua, my wife Nancy, two sons live in the home. We have a beautiful guest bedroom with a separate entrance. You will have a private full bathroom and a private patio. We provide clean towels, soap, shampoo, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Walk to the Beach!
Nice studio with lots of room and a cute little deck for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Newport! It’s just a few blocks to the beach in a quiet little area. Perfect location for taking in the sights of Newport and the surrounding areas!

My wife and I had a great getaway weekend. The vrbo location was close to the water and local attractions. I was happy with how clean and organized the place was, spacious layout with a nice small deck to enjoy the sunset + take in the R.I breeze.

We needed a place to stay that was close to a wedding we were attending in Middletown. This location was convenient. The place worked out nicely. The location was a few blocks from the water, which offered nice views of the bay, and good walking options. Check-in was easy. The room was spacious and clean.

Pictures don't do the place justice, beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet. Super responsive and accomodating host, the Nespresso machine was a 100% bonus, they've got about everything covered you could ask for!!

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay while we visited for a wedding. The suite had we everything needed. Convenient location close to the beach and the main highways. Definitely recommend Schultzy’s (within walking distance) for a lobster roll and clam strips!
