The flat is in the heart of Southsea: just off a Marmion road and a 2 minute walk to the local High Street- Palmerston Road. There is a Waitrose immediately across the street, as well as pubs, local eateries, shops and cafes lining Palmerston Road, which frequently hosts independent vendors and farmers markets on the weekends.
The seafront is a comfortable fifteen minute walk away, and as you stroll across Southsea Common you'll find tea shops, skate parks, tree lined paths, and Clarence Pier to your right, South Parade Pier to your left. The Isle of Wight Hovercraft is also just by the water's edge.
The flat is spacious, modern and stylish with large windows and great light. It has a twin room suitable for children or sharers, but the beds can also be converted to a double for couples. Games and books are provided for all ages.
The king bedroom has plenty of storage provided: a large dresser and full closet. The modern Bathroom has a bath and shower above. The Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/electric hob as well as all the cookware and essentials you need like oil and salt/pepper, with the bonus of a coffee machine & separate freezer. The lounge has a dining table with seating for four, large corner sofa and a flat screen TV. Stylish decor and local art throughout.

The nearest train station is Portsmouth and Southsea or Fratton, both less than 10 minutes in a Car, about a 20 minute walk. There are many Bus Stops nearby. If you are coming by Car, the parking is street parking in the surrounding roads - you will need a permit as Southsea is all zone parking, you can purchase then through us.
