Situated in Southsea, Morley Cottage is a beautifully refurbished, spacious 3-bedroom house. Close to the seafront and to the Southsea shopping and nightlife, the accommodation is perfectly situated to provide easy access to all that Portsmouth and Southsea has to offer while still affording a quiet but traditionally Southsea setting.
Self-check-in at the property via the key safe which is located to the right of the front door. You will be sent an email 48 hours before check-in with the code to access the key safe and enter the apartments. All keys are to be returned to the key safe on check-out.
At Morley Cottage we offer check in from 3pm and no earlier unless otherwise agreed and check out no later than 11am.
This fantastic property offers a large king size bedroom, plus a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with a beautifully appointed shower room upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs. There is a large living area on the ground floor comprising a separate lounge with a large sofa (which is a sofa bed that sleeps 2) and an open plan kitchen and dining space with a table that seats 6-8 and a door which opens onto a patio.
Morley Cottage provides a lovely, bright and airy feel that would suit families and groups of business travellers alike, as well as smaller groups who just want a bit more space. However, its just 5 mins walk to Southsea beach and 15 mins walk to South Parade Pier and Canoe Lake which is a great area if you have kids with you. It’s only 15 mins walk to the bustling Albert Road with its vast selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an eclectic mix of boutique shops and the beautiful Kings Theatre and the Westwood Rooms (live music venue).
Just a 15 min drive or taxi ride gets you to the Historic Dockyard where you can see the Mary Rose, HMS Victory and HMS Warrior plus a host of other exhibitions and to Gunwharf Quays for outlet shopping, plus more restaurants and bars and a cinema. Also in close proximity, is the Pyramids Centre Swimming Pool and Gym, Southsea Castle, D-Day Museum, Royal Marines Museum, Natural History Museum, Blue Reef Aquarium, Clarence Pier (amusement park), Southsea Common and the Skate Park.
