You’ll feel real wooden flooring underfoot as you step inside this 1 bedroom property that’s close to the shops, beach and Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard.

Head right and you’re into the open plan living space – the room where you’ll likely spend most of your waking hours when in the apartment. That’s because there’s plenty to do in here.

You can relax on the sofa (which converts into a double bed if you need it) and watch the Netflix-enabled TV. Whatever you were streaming back home, the story can continue here.

Why not watch while tucking into food you’ve prepared in the adjacent kitchen. Plenty of quality appliances and storage space is to be found in this compact area, with an oven, hob and washer/dryer ensuring you have all the appliances you’d expect to find in a contemporary home. There’s even a Nespresso coffee maker too with a few pods, so you can start each day the delicious way.

Also in here, a table with two chairs, handy for more formal meal occasions, or if you have work to do and prefer placing your laptop on a table rather than your lap!

Head back out into the hall and first on your right is the shower room.
