Cozy weekend get away, 5 mins from downtown Portsmouth.

This clean, cozy1-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a stay in lovely Portsmouth, NH. The apartment has new floors, granite kitchen countertop, appliances, bathroom fixtures and fresh paint. New furnishings and linens. The bedroom features a queen size bed with new mattress and box springs – not too soft, not too firm.


The bathroom has a full shower/tub with paraben free Ginger Lily coco mango shampoo, aloe vera moisturizing conditioner, and botanical nourishing body wash provided.

The living room has a new leather, queen sleeper sofa. The full kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, bullet and more. Desk area for working at home.

The property has wireless internet, smart TV, washer/dryer, and AC. The best feature is the private outdoor deck which abuts tidal waterfront and a park! The deck is the perfect spot for waking up over cups of coffee and tea or winding down at the end of the day with a cocktail!

Due to COVID-19, we block out a 24-hr period following each booking to prevent back to back stays so that we can thoroughly air out and disinfect the property. All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant and all linens and bedding washed.

This property is conveniently located near all major entrances into Portsmouth.

LOCATION walking to great Restaurants and Waterfront.
We were here visiting Family in NH , MA and Vermont , and Maine, easy to get to all for day trips. Apartment was Perfect for the 2 of us to hang our hats and unwind with a great view of the OCEAN/RIVER. Would definitely return again on our next trip to NE. Thank you Elizabeth.

Perfect getaway!
This location was perfect for a quick winter getaway. Located less than a half mile from all the great spots in Portsmouth and with off street parking was so great. The apartment was clean , organized and cozy. Everything from arrival to departure went smoothly and we would absolutely come back!

Good location - close to downtown, plenty of on-site parking, very clean. Host was very responsive. Noise from people walking around in the unit above was loud at times. Overall, enjoyed our 4 night stay.

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and well equipped. The location was ideal for enjoying all that Portsmouth and the Seacoast have to offer. We appreciated the water view from the parking lot, porch entrance for easy loading/ unloading, washer/ dryer, and great water pressure in the shower.

Three of us stayed in this lovely, well appointed apartment located by water and just a 15 minute walk (for us 70+ year olds). The apartment is just as described by the host. Comfortable beds; nice furniture; immaculate; everything we needed. We will return in the future!

Perfect in Portsmouth
A gem of an apt..a quick walk to all the fun of Portsmouth. The apt was well appointed and located. Everything needed was provided, even parking. The river side setting was great for a picnic and the apt size washer and dryer handy as we stayed for a month. Air conditioner welcome as May was quite warm!

Riverside comfort.
Love this comfortable one bedroom apt., perfect walking to most anywhere in Portsmouth, (1 mile walk to market square). Well set up for cooking your meals or heading out to the many eating spots all over the city. Equipped for all you might need to have a comfortable stay. My third year there, and I hope for many more to come. Owner very responsive, but my visit is always seamless.

++++ clean, location close to downtown, sufficient kitchen ware - - - didn’t receive code for check in, unit had NOT been cleaned. Upon phone text- issues were resolved immediately and partial reimbursement. Waterfront view is mostly obscured.

Delightful stay
We enjoyed a week’s stay at this delightful apartment on the ground level with it’s own deck. We walked into Portsmouth downtown easily and enjoyed Grill 101, and the Indian Restaurant very much. We rented a car after we had walked around for two days. We used Turo to rent a car as no rentals available in town. Probably should have picked one up in Boston. Just FYI. Loved that the front door was never locked so we could walk in, then put our own code into our lock box. On one rainy occasion it was rather good to have the quick access to the indoors. After we got the car, the parking in the back was amazing. Nice open field and next to river and bridge into town. We didn’t cook so can’t comment on that. Heat and AC worked well and easily. Communication great. Would recommend for a couple interested in touring the area.

Perfect place for a Portsmouth getaway
My wife and I stayed for a weekend to explore Portsmouth and we could not have been happier. The house was just as described, very clean and so close to the center of town. We had a great time and will be back again soon!

This is my fourth year staying here, great walking access to downtown Portsmouth and easy driving distance to everywhere else in the area. Property Manager is a pleasure to deal with, apartment is well equipped and well kept up. Only trouble is that Every time I go there I wish I could stay longer!

The location of the condo was perfect. Even tho there was construction(not loud) on the bridge, there was still a sidewalk open which allowed us to walk to downtown and I was able to walk to the wedding at AC Marriott. This was perfect for my husband, child and me. The place was exactly what we expected and exactly how it is listed. The location exceeded expectations!

Perfect place for exploring Portsmouth
My husband and I loved this property and its location. We parked our car when we checked in and never used it again until we departed. We were able to walk and explore so much! We did a Harbor Cruise and the Strawberry Banke Museum. Both were great! The place is clean and the host is very responsive. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.
