Villa Elba Vista is an elegant holiday villa for rent in a panoramic position on the promontory overlooking the Gulf of Magazzini in the Portoferraio area. It is a typical Tuscan villa, a finely restored and tastefully furnished 19th-century residence.
Immersed in greenery, surrounded by a large garden, it has ample equipped outdoor spaces.
The villa for rent on Elba is conveniently located for moving around and visiting the island, in about 700 m you can reach the small beach of Magazzini, 7-8 km away are the large sandy beaches of Lido di Capoliveri and Lacona.

The holiday villa can accommodate up to 10 persons.
The house is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a dining area and a piano, a kitchen equipped with an oven and a dishwasher. Also on the lower floor are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry area.
Going up to the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two of which have a terrace, and two bathrooms.

Outside the house there is a beautiful garden shaded by pine trees, an outdoor dining area and a swimming pool (3x6metres) with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Portoferraio.
