Ideal solution for families and couples looking for tranquility and relaxation while remaining in close proximity to a village and main services.
The apartment has its own entrance and private parking space and consists of: terrace equipped with dining table and barbeque, kitchen-living room , double bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom; the double bedroom is communicating with the twin bedroom that has private bathroom with shower cubicle and services. Storage room with private washing machine. Beautiful outdoor area with table and chairs and sea view

Seccione beach , called Prunini by the residents, is a jewel of the Portoferraio coastline; situated close to the steep Montebello coastline, it is covered with lush Mediterranean scrub that reaches down to the beach and also offers some natural shelter and shade. It consists of gravel mixed with sand and is nearly 200 meters long, a unique place for those who want to feel they are on an island.

Casa vissuta, con panorama spettacolare. Peccato per i tanti scalini.
Pros: La casa ha un panorama veramente spettacolare, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una veranda,con tetto, completa per pranzi, cene, cucinare e barbecue. I letti erano buoni. Il posto auto nel cortile condominiale molto apprezzato. Cons: 2 Piccoli nei: i gli scalini per arrivare in casa e le stanze da letto poco aerate, compensate dalla presenza del condizionatore .
