Rent HOUSE AUGUSTA in the heart of the historic center of Portoferraio the city dreamed of and desired by Cosimo de i Medici who baptized it as Cosmopoli (the city of order on par with the Cosmos); House AUGUSTA is located on the 1st floor of historic building with double overlooking the Piazzetta Padella and Via Elbano Gasperi once called Via del Paradiso.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor for the entrance from Via Roma and on the ground floor for the overlooking Via Gasperi; Portoferraio is enclosed within the Medici walls and is idelae for those who want to enjoy the town without the use of a car and use public transportation to visit the rest of the island. Senolice and spartan is suitable for a young clientele looking for unpunto dipartenza to visit the island (the house is located in ZTL area where access by car is allowed ONLY to residents stable

At 200 mt there are , bakery, bar, restaurant, pharmacy, fish market, stores, tobacconist etc.. At 80 mt bus stop , at 600 mt departure to arrival ferries, at 500 mt the Viste beach and at 800 mt the Ghiaie beach.
