"The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "Beautiful villa with a really opulent feel.Best villa I have ever stayed in.Facilities were excellent as was the location,so peaceful and relaxing. Miguel the owner is lovely and we are very grateful to him for allowing us to stay in his magnificent home. Sineu is nice with an old world charm and the Wednesday market is very vibrant. I cannot rate this villa highly enough,it is virtually perfect."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Villa, and will 100% book again. The location, with a car, is utterly fantastic. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature. Our only small concerns, the kitchen appliances are a little dated in parts, no air-con, and fixtures are worn in places. But overall we loved it. A perfect getaway for us."

Die Entfernung zum Strand sind zu Fuß ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten und zu den Restarants ca. 5-10 Gehminuten. Eine Klimaanlage und ein Geschirrspüler wären perfekt gewesen. "Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit. Der Pool war ein Traum, riesengroß und sauber. Das ganze Haus hatte mehr als genug Platz für 8 Personen, ist sehr ruhig gelegen, und trotzdem ist alles Nötige in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wie in anderen Reviews beschrieben ist die Einrichtung schon etwas älter, aber alles war top gepflegt und sauber, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Einziger kleiner Wehrmutstropfen waren die vielen Mücken (wir waren in den Herbstferien da), also ggf.Mückenschutz nicht...

"The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."

Clim dans toutes les pièces et piscine très agréable (nous avions pied partout). Le +, une crique paradisiaque 1 minute à pied, nous y allions direct en maillot (prévoir des chaussures de mer car presenece de rochers). "Hotel in a good walking distance feom everything. 10 mins to beach, 2 mins to all restaurants. Rooms although dated are comfortable and offer everything you need. Pools indoor and outdoors good. Though outdoor pool not heated and quite cold. Area around pool very nice with movie screen and plenty of seating. No inflatables allowed in pool despite no sign advising. So we wasted 30 euros on kids toys and was told off by lifeguard. Apparently spanish law. Good services from front reception. Key is...
