Paradies am Meer
Das Haus von Véronique ist ein echter Traum. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und für eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts, die Bäder sind modern und bestens eingerichtet, die Betten bequem, die Terrasse bietet Privatsphäre und der Elektro-Planchagrill funktioniert super. Die Lage ist in der Tat nur ca. 30 Meer vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand von Santa Giulia ist ja teilweise eher touristisch, der Abschnitt vor dem Haus ist um Glück der mit weitaus weniger "touristischen Attraktionen" wie Wasserski und Co (daher ist der Strand ruhiger, die Luft besser und das Wasser klarer). Circa 250 Meter entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Waren für den täglichen Bedarf. Insgesamt wirklich wunderbar - vielen Dank, dass wir hier Gäste sein durften.

Amoureux de la baie de Santa Guilia nous avons trouvé dans ce logement un accès rapide à la mer et aux commerces ce qui est très appréciable, mais aussi un logement extrêmement bien tenu et décoré avec gout ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas des locations de vacances...

Séjour en corse les pieds dans l’eau
Une maisonnette charmante et idéalement située. L’accès à la plage est à moins d’une minute . La propriétaire est à l’écoute et réactive. La personne en charge de la remise des clés est très sympathique et arrangeante. Petit bémol : pas de wifi dans la maison mais possibilité de l’avoir a l’accueil de la résidence. Un séjour des plus agréables.

We had a fantastic week. The house is small (2 adults, 2 kids) but very cosy. There is everything you need, very well equiped. The Master-Bedroom has his one bath. Also the sleeping place in the 1st floor has his one bathroom. Very practical. The Outdoor place is also very nice and well hidden by bushes. Unbeatable is the short distance to one of the most besutiful beaches of Corsica. We would love to return next summer.

Lieu merveilleux au bord de l’eau mais…
Le Hameau de Pietragione est situé à l’extrémité de la baie de Santa giuilia au bord d’une petite plage. La location est très jolie et bien équipée. 2 salles de bain et deux chambres sont des atouts. Le seul hic est l’évolution du bruit dans la journée et le soir. En pleine saison, les restaurants du coin organisent des événements à thème. Le son est très fort et la musique s’est parfois arrêtée a 3 h du matin ! Les restaurant À festa et Le Fort sont les plus bruyants. Quel dommage sinon cela serait parfait.

wunderschönes & sympathisches Haus Strand von Santa Giulia
Wie bereits im Vorjahr haben wir die Gegend, das nette & sympathische Haus, den wunderbaren weißen Sandstrand genossen. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man nur brauchen kann. Kleines Geschäft in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Es ist alles wie beschrieben oder auf den Bilder ersichtlich. Traumhaftes Häuschen, traumhaft eingerichtet. Nur zu empfehlen, alles Sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand, mann merk das sich um das Häsuchen gekümmert wird. Perfekt für Familien , da Strand wirklich in topnähe ist und in unserem Zeitfenster auch nicht überlaufen war, es gab immer ein Platz am Strand. Einziger Wehmutspunkt ist das Internet, das zwar in der Anzeige erwähnt wird, es aber faktisch überhaupt kein Internet vor Ort gibt!( war nur für Unseren Teenager schlimm, wir Erwachsenen haben es genossen) Aber wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein Dankeschön an Veronic und Aurelie für die schöne Zeit die wir dort erleben durften.

Emplacement exceptionnel, confort un peu sommaire
Cette location est située sur la plus belle partie de la plage de Santa Giulia. Pas de posidonies, contrairement au reste de la plage. Le jardinet est charmant mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter en raison de notre malchance (une semaine de pluie fin septembre) et des hordes de moustiques lorsque le soleil se montrait. La petite maison est sympathique et correctement équipée pour une maison de vacances. Cependant le confort des chaises de cuisine et du canapé est très limite, surtout quand on est coincés à l'intérieur.

extrem nettes Häuschen fast direkt am schönen Strand von Santa Giulia
Die Vermieterin hat das Haus extrem nett eingerichtet, alles was man nur brauchen kann, ist vorhanden. In 5 Gehminuten gibt es ein kleines Geschäft. Sehr positiv haben wir den Garten mit der Terrasse empfunden, da es durch die vielen Pflanzen keine Einsicht gibt und man sehr idyllisch vor dem Haus sitzen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Robert & Gudrun aus Österreich / Tirol

Tout était parfait ; regrets seulement concernant les infos de l’hôte sur les équipements car le wifi était annoncé alors qu’il n’y en a pas…. C’est un problème pour ceux qui doivent l’utiliser pour raisons diverses. Sinon tout était parfait : la situation, la maison et son environnement !!!

Tres chouette petite maison sur la plage
Très chouette petite maison décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Le jardin/terrasse est très bien isolé et on a l'impression d'être seuls ! La plage est vraiment toute proche et très très belle. Possibilité de faire des petites courses ou aller au restaurant à pied. Pour le reste, prévoir la voiture. Bref, une excellente adresse ! (Il est juste dommage que draps et ménage ne soient pas compris dans la location...)

Un excellent séjour.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison avec nos 2 enfants. Le logement est très joliment décoré, il est confortable pour 4, et parfaitement équipé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. La personne chargée de la remise des clés est agréable et disponible. La situation de la maison est idéale pour profiter de la magnifique baie de Santa Giulia. Une eau turquoise à perte de vue, de gros rochers qui semblent sortir de nulle part, des poissons… En y allant tôt le matin ou en fin de journée, nous avions l’impression d’être presque seuls au monde dans ce petit paradis. Un petit plus : la douche extérieure pour se rincer en revenant de la plage…

Cadre sympathique et au calme
L'endroit est très sympa et la proximité de la plage est incroyable. Le matin réveil avec les oiseaux et le soir pareil. C'est vraiment très reposant, le logement est spacieux pour 4 personnes. Profiter d'un petit déjeuner au bord de la plage, ou bien une petite baignade matinale voir nocturne dans cette baie de SANTA GULLIA est vraiment très cool. Rien à envier à une plage des caraïbes qui se trouve plus loin et peu être plus chère. Après ces louanges, ce ne sont que des détails mais il n'y a pas de Wi-Fi, donc tranquillité assurée. Le groupe climatisation est devant la terrasse ce qui se voir un peu gênant lors d'un repas ou apéro. Après il suffit juste de couper la clim et le tour est jouer! Et détail important, il n'y avait pas de tire-bouchon pour ouvrir les bouteilles de rosé, je pense que ce petit problème sera vite régler.

Adorable cozy cottage perfectly located by the sea.
My husband and I loved this adorable little cottage by the sea. As the restaurants weren't open yet, we found the kitchen well-equipped to prepare our lunches, apertifs, and dinners. We walked to the beach every morning for a workout and walk before launching our day. While everything was clean and tasteful, we felt the furniture could be replaced to be more comfortable -- especially the couch/lounge furniture and kitchen chairs. The bedroom could also use the addition of more pillows. Regardless, we would definitely return to this property again.

Wunderschöne Ferien auf Korsika
Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus 2 Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und liegt in einer liebevoll gepflegten und sehr grosszügigen Anlage mit ähnlichen Häusern. Vor Ort gibt es mehrere Restaurants, einen kleinen Supermarkt und Bootsverleihe / Surfschule. Besonders hat uns der Aussenbereich inkl. Warmwasserdusche und die unmittelbare Nähe zu einem der schönsten Strände Korsikas (1min) gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
