"An absolutely fantastic stay at Fabiana's place in rural northern Sardinia. The space is huge, very comfortable, with private outdoor space and a large veranda. While very warm (especially in July) the space was so comfortable we did not mind, and was a great place to relax, read, listen to music, with lots to do nearby, including beautiful beaches 25 mins drive away, and local fruit/vegetable shops to get food to eat out in the sun. A brilliant stay, and we'd definitely return next time...

"Unser Aufenthalt im Haus Rosmarina war prima. Es ist klein,aber fein, perfekt für Paare und auch mit einem Kind. Die Kommunikation war mehr als herrausragend und herzlich. Die Mama vom Vermieter kümmert sich liebevoll um alles und wohnt in der Nähe. Und ein späterer Check Out wurde uns vom Vermieter angeboten, weil die Wohnung erst am Tag danach wieder belegt war. "Wir hatten diese Wohnung bereits im letzten Oktober für zwei Wochen gemietet und schon damals mit der Höchstnote bewertet. Nun hat sich das äusserst sympathische Vermieterehepaar, Maria und Pietro Marcuccia Altea, aber noch ein grossen Zusatzpunkt verdient, denn sie haben die ohnehin schon bestens ausgestattete Wohnung in der Zwischenzeit nämlich noch mit einer Klimaanlage ergänzt. Diesen zusätzlichen Luxus haben wir sehr genossen, denn so konnten wir in den kühlen Morgen- und Abendstunden...

"This is a really lovely villa in a fantastic rural location with magnificent views. Beaches and other sites of interest are within a short car ride away. We were six adults and enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa and the substantial pool. What made this villa particularly special was the attention we were given by Alberto, the property manager. He went out of his way to provide us with all sorts of useful information from beaches to restaurants to the best places to buy fish. We had a couple...

"Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach...
