O Atendimento superou minhas espectativas.
Gostei muito , são apartamentos com cama de casal, banheiro limpo, possui microondas e uma varanda bem arejada, possui uma area da piscina muito gostosa e bonita , e tb tem uma academia bem legal. Para uma ótima estadia não só o lugar precisa ser gostoso e sim a equipe que da o suporte que voce precisa, e o que fez minha valiacao ser nota 10 foi principalmente o atendimento espetacular que tive do funcionário Jardison, impecável em seu atendimento, simpatia e principalmente com uma visão de " dono" espetacular. Ele faz qualquer probleminha não ser nada , e isso torna sua estadia prazerosa e impecável. Sr. Nilson da manuntencao e a gerente Andrea, tb são pessoas que fazem a diferença nesse local, umas simpatias. Super indico, tenho a certeza que enquanto eles estiverem nesse hotel o atendimento será impecável. Podem se hospedar com tranquilidade, e para tudo dar certo, sempre procurem o Jardson.Vou a Porto por mais de 10 anos mais ou menos umas 5 vezes ao ano, e falo que esse atendimento e bem diferenciado dos outros hotéis.

Café da manhã estava ruim, chuveiro quente não funcionava, a cama de casal estava forrada com 2 lençóis de solteiro atravessados. O quarto não tinha nenhum isolamento acústico, tudo q o outro quarto conversava nós escutamos até o barulho da porta do quarto ao lado quando as pessoas abriam a fechadura, parecia q estavam abrindo nosso quarto. Com certeza é um hotel q não voltaríamos.

Estive hospedado uma diária, e esse curto período que passei realmente foi agradável em todos os aspectos. Desde a chegada, a recepção bem atenciosa, em questão de estrutura é exatamente como mostrada nas fotos, o apartamento bem projetado, incluso os kits de higiene "toalha, sabonete, shampoo, roupa de cama.." a piscina incrível (tanto de adulto, quanto de criança), o café da manhã surpreendente, fiquei abastecido, não tendo do que reclamar, em questão geral, o hotel merece nota altíssima
