Foi a primeira viagem nossa em família, foi eu meu marido meus três filhos de 10 e 6 anos e outro de dois meses, tudo maravilhoso, funcionários muito simpático e educados, café da manhã esplêndido, quatro muito bem limpo e cheiroso, a localização perfeita, muito próximo à cabana Malibu e o toa a toa, o hotel fica no meio dos dois. Simplicidade e muito aconchegante Voltarei com certeza.

Apesar do preço bom, a limpeza não é tão boa, por duas vezes pedi refeição conforme o cardápio e fiquei decepcionado, ofereciam Peixe com camarão, mas não tinha camarão. Pedi o mesmo prato duas noites e na segunda, veio uma quantidade minúscula e diferente da primeira. No mais, tudo ok!

Os quartos inferiores estava com mofo no teto e na tubulação do ar condicionado. Bastante umidade. Já os quartos superior está bom. playground estava interditado e abandonado.

Quarto com ar condicionado.precario, reclamamos por 2 dias e nao resolveram. Tv sem controle e so funcionava um canal . So no outro dia trouxeram. Estacionamento não existe, so tem uma area em frente ao hotel para todos os carros e onibus. Cabeceira das camas imundas e manchadas. Trinco do banheiro quebrado e cortante. Porta do box ruim Restaurante nao tinha lanches por dois dias seguidos.Tinha acabado e nao renovaram. Cortinas velhas , furadas e manchadas. Toalhas só são trocadas de 2 em 2 dias. Nunca mais eu volto ai

Achei as instalações bem diferentes das fotos divulgadas, a area kids esta desativada e também não tem a parte do teatro, a tv não é smart e eu sofri com 2 crianças sem tv, pq só funciona q globo com uma qualidade mt ruim, o atendimentoe café da manhã são bons, limpam o quarto todos os dias, não se pode levar nada de comer para os quartos que dá muita formiga muita mesmo, e eu havia levado leite em pó por conta das crianças foi um auê. Rsrs Também aparece abelhas, acredito que seja pq é um local com bastante arvores e flores, caso alguém seja alergico passe longe.

Chegamos de uma viagem de quase 12h carro em Porto Seguro, dirigimos a recepção às 13:00. Recepção lotada, funcionários batendo cabeça, resolvemos sair para almoço e retornando as 17:00 ainda com as malas e cansados, fizemos isso pois o quarto não estava pronto. Café da manhã tem que aguardar outras pessoas finalizar para você tomar o seu, devido hotel estava muito cheio. Durante os 5 dias que fiquei o hotel caiu a energia umas 3 vezes durante esses dias, o restaurante não tem muita opção uma Fratura que só, falta tudo ! O estacionamento desorganizado, carros fica na frente do seu, fechando a passagem. Bom eu não volto mais não.
