Noise in room at front of the inn
They put me in a room at the front of the inn. But it makes a lot of noise there. Noise coming from the street. I asked to change to a room further back and, as it was available, they made the change.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização perto de tudo, mas vou pontuar alguns pontos negativos. Nos colocaram em uma parte do hotel que era muito umida e estava passando por reforma então não dava para descansar até mais tarde. Acho que eles usam produtos no travesseiro porque o cheiro estava insuportável não conseguimos usá-los.E um cheiro muito estranho no quarto. No primeiro dia que chegamos so recebemos a chave do quarto ninguém nos acompanhou até o quarto, ficamos parecendo baratas tontas para achar nossa acomodação. Já havia ficado hospedada em 2021 e era bem diferente, os funcionários eram solícitos o café da manhã tinha mais opções, tinha como pedir tapioca entre outros. Não gostei muito do ambiente de agora, talvez não queira me hospedar lá da próxima vez.

O hotel simples, mas tem um otimo custo benefício. Fica na rua principal do centro, próximo da passarela do álcool, mercado, centro histórico, americanas e shopping. Banheiro espacosos e o quarto de um tamanho bom. Café da manha sem muitas opções.

Durante a estadia (de apenas um dia) tivemos alguns problemas no hotel. O quarto em que estávamos era extremamente barulhento - na frente do restaurante do café da manhã, próximo a piscina e na rota de diversos quartos. A janela, de madeira, não abafava o som, o que nos fez acordar junto ao início do café da manhã, onde ficou insustentável dormir. O hotel dispõe de Wi-Fi nas redes comuns mas dentro dos quartos não funciona a rede/sinal do próprio celular - dificultando quem precisa trabalhar do ambiente. O café da manhã foi extremamente simples, pouquíssimas opções de salgado (pão, frios e ovos). É um hotel de estrutura boa mas com diversos pontos à melhorar, inclusive sobre barulho, que incomodou absurdamente.

Péssimo
Ponto positivo: a localização próxima a passarela do álcool e na frente do shopping Pontos negativos: a água do chuveiro e da pia pareciam ser água sanitária, chegando a ser até meio turva (conforme foto aonde é possível comparar a cor da água da torneira com uma água mineral) tomar banho causava alergia na pele e irritava os olhos e pra piorar o banheiro não tinha saida de ar. O Wi-Fi não funcionava no quarto e também não havia sinal da vivo e da claro. A cama de casal na verdade eram duas de solteiro juntas. Café da manhã fraco e repetitivo, final de semana se quer haviam mesas disponíveis para sentar. Deixamos a chave na portaria para que a limpeza fosse feita às 6:30 da manhã e quando retornamos as 15h o quarto ainda estava sujo. O teto do quarto era lotado de mofo e o ar condicionado super barulhento. Havia realizado duas reservas e só fique pra segunda pq o cancelamento não era grátis, se houvesse qualquer opção de reembolso eu teria ido embora no mesmo dia. O estacionamento era pago a parte 20,00 para estacionar na calçada do hotel na rua.
