O quarto em que ficamos era muito simples. A primeira impressão ficou abaixo das nossas expectativas. O banheiro era muito pequeno e a TV tinha poucos canais. O ponto positivo era a cama, que era enorme e muito confortável; o café da manhã; o ar condicionado, item imprescindível em qualquer acomodação em Porto Seguro no verão, devido às altas temperaturas. No geral, pode ser uma boa opção caso os precos das diárias estejam com bons valores.

É uma pousada de ótima localização, mas internet não pega, a televisão tem só 4 canais, tinha barata e teia de aranha.O café era bom, mas o leite e o café eram bem mornos.

Péssimo

Minha experiência no Hotel Benkos foi bastante desapontadora. As instalações deixaram muito a desejar, com problemas no ar condicionado e goteiras na pia do banheiro, insetos (baratas). O café da manhã foi abaixo das expectativas, e a piscina estava visivelmente suja. Além disso, o atendimento prestado por pessoas despreparadas contribuiu para uma estadia insatisfatória. Sugiro melhorias para garantir a qualidade e conforto aos hóspedes.

Minha estadia foi boa tendo em vista alguns pontos negativos como baratinhas no quarto e um cafe da manha razoavel. Sem muita opçao para bebes como um mingau um iogurte. Mas no mais o hotel é bom os funcionarios muito atenciosos.

Localização ótima! Piscina limpa. Cafe da manhã com variedades. O que fois desagradável foino cheiro do banheiro pois nao tem ventilação. E de manha na arrumacao do café tem uma equipe e faz muito barulho rsrs.. mas nao foram todos os dias.. alguns dias só. Mas no geral é um otimo hotel. Voltaria com certeza!

Poderia ter sido melhor

O café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções. Era preciso pedir para repor o café e o leite. O suco quente, sem gelo disponível.No horário próximo ao término do café o garçom perguntava se a gente iria querer mais alguma coisa, mas ao responder que não, imediatamente retirava toda mesa do café, desligava as máquinas e tampava o galão de água. No sábado à noite fui à piscina, mal iluminado, refletor queimado. Fui falar com o recepcionista e recebi como resposta que não tinha como trocar, que ficaria assim mesmo pq a manutenção só funcionava até às 16h. Portanto, só segunda. Voltei na terça e nada havia mudado. O wi fi não funcionava direito no quarto. A imagem da TV muito ruim, controle quebrado. Não havia uma cadeira no quarto tampouco uma mesinha de cabeceira para depositar os acessórios. Tinha botão de abajur, não não tinha o abajur. Tive a impressão que alguns funcionários estavam trabalhando para duas unidades da rede.

Hotel ótimo, mas fedido.

Hotel ótimo, confortável, limpo e com um impecável atendimento e atenção dos funcionários. Possui café da manhã muito completo com uma boa variedade. O único problema que me incomodou bastante, foi que as vezes sobe um cheiro horrível de fezes pelo ralo do banheiro, fora isso é nota 10.
