"Het huis ligt op een prachtige plek die echter alleen via een moeilijk begaanbaar bergweg te bereiken is. Op zich een fijn huis maar getuigt van onverschillig onderhoud - het bestek zat nog in plastic, de laden van de koelkast ook. De keuken was vettig en het meubilair doorgezakt.
