"It was nice and clean place on panoramic street. WE stayed three days. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and helped us number of times with great tips and suggestions. Room are quite small and shower area specially but then that reflects in very reasonable and affordable price for the location. WE enjoyed out stay and had little balcony to enjoy as well as large patio on top of bulding. "

The views of the bay were amazing and the tunnel access to the beach was convenient. The beach was small but clean & the staff there was friendly. "

"Unbelievable short stay on our honeymoon for a quick night in Porto Santo Stefano... Booked on expedia, got to hotel, manager says the price is no longer available so bumps it up. NO ironing facility is available We left to go in crinkled clothes into town for some drinks! ... The crazy manager chases us out the hotel and insists the keys must be left with reception.... Ok we thought... When we returned at about 2:30am after a fun night she says angrily "I have waited up for you".... DONT...

"The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. We had some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, but the host was incredibly responsive and everything was fixed very quickly."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this waterfront house. The views are fantastic. It is just a short stroll to Santo Stefano's main shops and restaurants, but in a quiet, residential location without traffic noise...just the sound of the waves. Two of the bedrooms have their own attached bathroom, and the 3rd bedroom, which has 2 bunk beds, has a bathroom right across the hall. The owner was very helpful, quick to answer any questions, and corresponds in English very well. Caretaker was prompt for...
