The location is very remote in that it is around 1 km up a gravel road and the nearest supermarket is a 15 minute drive away. The property itself is large and beautiful, both interior and the grounds. Emanuela who runs the property is an absolute angel and very helpful. "Beautiful little b&b with only 6 rooms. Pool is stunning, very quiet area, you feel like you’re there by yourself. Breakfast is basic but decent although the pastries are from frozen. Check out us early by 10:30 am and you can’t use the facilities ie pool after check out which is a shame."

Bathroom missing toilet roll holder on wall. furniture and luggage storage showing signs of wear - many areas scratched or damaged. WIFI internet connection is weak. "Struttura piuttosto vecchiotta, porte anni 70 e un cattivo odore di chiuso all’ingresso. Stanze piccole con arredamento datato. Soggiornato una sola notte di passaggio e per una sola notte è sopportabile il tutto, considerato che comunque era tutto ben pulito. Nb non è presente la doccia in bagno ma solo la vasca. "

"La camera non è quella mostrata sul sito all'atto della prenotazione; il bagno non ha all'interno della doccia una mensola per appoggiare i prodotti da bagno, nè ci sono appendini per asciugamani doccia e bidet. Molto rumorosa la camera al mattino per il passaggio ospiti attraverso la scala che porta alla colazione, ma anche alla sera fino alle ore 02,00 per la sistemazione delle cucine e del ristorante interno alla Locanda, gestito da una società esterna.
