We stayed here strictly because of the free parking. The floor of our room had a soft spot. The bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel had a smell. We opened the windows but still there was that smell. We could walk to a mall and a beach close by but limited sandy area on the beach. The staff were friendly but when we asked for a kettle or a coffee machine in the room we were told that we'd have to upgrade to a different room but they had none. We drove to Porto very easily to check out the sites but parking was hard to come by.

Nice location and pool and spacious room but very very very slow service at the bar and mattress is very firm. Breakfast was so busy there was no where to sit but the food was frequently replenished

The front desk staff member was superb. Polite, professional, knowledgable, helpful and friendly. AND she spoke perfect English which helped our situation immensely. Dinner was very good, bearing in mind the Covid restrictions on service availability and the same could be said for breakfast. Comfortable room, clean and very tidy. Bed extremely comfortable.
