Amazing views great location
Pictures almost don't do the views justice. Such an amazing old building, had everything we needed and fit 6 of us very comfortably. Location was great, Porto is very hilly so there's no way to really avoid the uphill bits at some point. The last bit of the walk to the building from the last spot a car can reach isn't all that far but it is a bit sloped and an old stone street so plan to be able to carry your luggage. Also the apartment is about 2 floors up so you need to be able to carry it there as well, very easy with carry-on size luggage and backpacks. Great host that met us when we arrived and covered everything we needed to know about the property.

All about the view
This property is in a fantastic location. The view alone is worth it and it is close to everything. Definitely check out the wine bar 38 steps away. The only downside was there was no paper towels and we never interacted with management expect through the app. The apartment is roomy with pleasant rooms. But the view and location is the reason to stay here

This was one of our favorite stays ever. The host met us at the door after putting in extra effort to clean up because of the wildfires. He was friendly and personable and gave us tips about the local neighborhood. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a great location and a spectacular view. Next time we visit Porto, we'll be back.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment, amazing views
The property is located in one of the oldest streets in all of Porto, steps from the old Se. The street is quaint with beautiful renovated, or being renovated, old building all around. The apartment has lots of light and windows that open to views of the river, Ponte de Dom Luis, and Gaia's Port wine caves. Down a steep but enchanting walk lie the many and wonderful restaurants of the Ribeira. The apartment is very large and will accommodate a large group. The kitchen and baths are spacious, convenient and well appointed. If one wishes, and were staying for longer, one could easily cook. However, there we could only located a single nice market within easy walking distance. So beware of that. Ribeira's restaurants get quite busy during the Summer, so make sure to make your choices and make reservations in advance. During our stay, the Pink Metro line was being expanded, so there was a lot of construction, but it will be worth it.

WOW factor!
The stunning view of the river and bridge alone would make this a 5 star property , but it is also a beautiful spacious apartment in the center of the historic area. We felt very special being tucked behind the cathedral, steps from the Don Luis bridge and just up the hill from Sao Bento station. You can’t do better than this in Porto!

Superb apartment.
We were 2 couples and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The views are incredible and the location behind the cathedral makes it an easy walk to the metro, across the bridge, and down to the river. Very quiet as the bedrooms don't have windows but do have skylights that open up to let in air. Very nice kitchen and there are 2 areas in the living room to spread out. Highly recommend.

Great setting
We enjoyed our stay here. Walked everywhere we went. Down to the river (many steps), to the train station, on a walking tour that ended at the adjacent cathedral. View to bridge and river was beautiful. While the street has a lot of construction going on, once inside it was clean, comfortable, and modern. Do note that the third bedroom is not an enclosed room. Fine for us but maybe not for everyone.

A wonderful location with fabulous views. Everything we could possibly need for our 3 night stay. Would definitely return, especially after we found the Funicular dos Guindais, coming up from the riverside!!Enjoyed a super day’s outing, on the old train, to Régua and Pinhão. Thoroughly recommended.

Property was clean and everyone had plenty of space. Was located about half way up from the river so was convenient whether we were going down to the river or up into the city center. Lovely view of the bridge and Gaia. Alex was very helpful with the arrival directions including directions for the cabbie, he also booked us a cab for our 4am departure.
