"Hotel Jaguar is awesome, location is walkable( we needed to keep up with our hiking skills anyway) about 2 km from Porto Cathedral, Luis I bridge. Sao Bento etc. I love the staff and facilities were all good. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plenty. They have restaurant opened for dinner and they have good choices of meal. Hotel has a free airport pickup service and the car was an awesome electric car (that was a real treat.)"

"Nice location and great breakfast. When we arrived our room was uncomfortably warm and our room AC was turned off purposely by management saying it was too early in the season to run AC. I just wanted the fan to run to drown out my wifes snoring and the traffic noise in front of the hotel. Also our "twin deluxe" room had a mattress that had an embedded body print which needed changing or refreshing. So many hotels are now using foam mattresses now adays, you wonder about why still the old...
