This modern and sophisticated duplex apartment is located on the 5th top floor of a modern residential building and is prepared to accommodate up to 4 persons with maximum comfort and the highest standards. The building has two elevators which provide an easy and uncomplicated access to the apartment.

From the main entrance in the first floor you will reach a cozy and modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances needed to prepare your meals, an ample living/dinning room with access to a wide balcony where you can enjoy a nice view over the surroundings, a bedroom with a double bed, closet and access to the balcony as well and a bathroom with bathtub.

In the living/dinning room you will find a staircase which provides access to the second floor of the apartment, where you will find a bedroom with two single beds, a cozy living room for reading or work and a second bathroom with a dressing room and a shower.

The apartment has a self check-in system to facilitate your check-in process, so you can check-in at any time of the day, upon your arrival.

El apartamento es tal cual sale en.laa fotos o mejor. Totalmente equipado con todo lo que se necesita. La ubicación está muy bien, puedes ir a Oporto en transporte publico

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.Von Joel haben wir alle Informationen sofort bekommen.Zur Metro sind es nur 15 Minuten Fußweg und nach 8 Stationen ist man in Porto.Die Wohnung hat sowohl eine Waschmaschine sowie eine Spülmaschine.Was nicht so gut ist,ist die Treppe nach oben.Der Abstand der Stufen ist zu groß.Da wir ùber 60 sind, hatten wir Probleme.Sonst super.

Joël est un hôte réactif. L'entrée se fait facilement grâce à la boîte à clés et au code interphone communiqué un peu avant l'arrivée. L'appartement est superbe, comme sur les photos. Très grand et au calme (mis à part quelques entraînements de foot, un stade étant à côté). Proche de plusieurs lignes de bus dont une allant directement à l'aéroport. À 15min à pied de l'hôpital où se trouve la station de métro. À proximité de l'appartement, la poste (CTT), une boulangerie, une supérette, une pharmacie. Si vous avez des enfants attention à l'étage car escaliers assez raides je trouve. Sinon cuisine équipée tout confort et balcon bien agréable. Je recommande cet hôte.

Appartement agreable et bien placé pour visiter Porto et le Nord
Appartement confortable (on y dort très bien). La ligne D du métro, proche, traverse Porto et nous emmène directement à proximité des centres d'intérêt de la ville. La sortie de Porto en direction du Nord est facile et rapide en voiture. À préciser: La chambre à l'étage est en mezzanine. Mais l'espace est spacieux, avec un petit salon et la salle de bain. On ne voit pas la chambre d'en bas. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place de stationnement au pied de l'immeuble. Un séjour agréable.

This apartment was a fantastic place for two friends to stay. We loved each having our own space and our own bathrooms! It was clean and quiet, with a nice elevator. The location was fairly residential, not a lot of late-night dining options and a bit of a drive to downtown Porto, but overall a wonderful apartment! Walking distance to a metro station and easy driving distances to the airport and train station too!

My daughter and I stayed at Joel’s apartment which perfectly suited our needs. The apartment is fantastic, easily accessible, ample parking, and communication with Joel was easy and he quickly replied to my inquiry. I will stay here again when I am back in Porto! Thank you Joel!
