Hotel and room are good and clean. Metro is 2 mins walk, we used Uber all the time as it worked cheaper for us. It was too noisy outside due to some construction work (early morning and night). Other than sound, we are absolutely happy.

The hotel room was clean, fantastic, beautiful, and the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, The breakfast was very good and cheap. The hotel was in a good location at the city centre. Accessible metro train in front of the hotel. Right from the airport you can get the metro train to the hotel and you alight or stop at Casa da Musica . Once you come out of the metro, you will see the hotel in front of you. It only take 30 minutes to the hotel from the airport. I can recommend the hotel to people.

Horrible stay. You could hear everything from the cars outside to the workers near by. The AC was a complete nightmare, it will turn off in the middle of the night every 45 minutes, I had to get off my bed and turned it back on. Stay away from this hotel if you want to have a good night sleep.

The room is small, where the space between the foot of the bed to the wall is narrow to squeeze by, especially with the tv mounted on the wall. Not enough storage for clothes, have to leave all my clothes in the luggage except for a few hangers for them.

El hotel está bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable. Limpieza ok. El único detalle es el ruido de los trenes, tiene que mejorar el aislamiento de las ventanas.
