- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory rental's price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Outdoor jacuzzi available from June to September, off season opening has an extra cost of euro 200 (upon request).
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 86 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.

Beautiful but full of bees
We decided to splurge on this vacation home because it was beautiful especially the outdoor garden and terrace. However it was hard to enjoy it because the outdoors were infested by bees. They said nothing could be done which was very disappointing since my children didn't want to be outside to enjoy the Jacuzzi spa. If it wasn't for the bees this would've been wonderful!
