Prezados, eu e minha família agradecemos o excelente atendimento de todos vocês. A equipe toda desde a recepção, higienizadores, manutenção... foram todos muitos educados, prestativos e respeitosos. Tivemos uma extraordinária estádia, embora o clima de chuva não tenha colaborado, mas pudemos desfrutar do ambiente com piscina térmica. Todos vocês foram Incríveis. E já foram super recomendados. Nos veremos em breve com certeza. Obrigado.

Aposentos antigos, com necessidade de manutenção, cheiro ruim, pouco cuidado com a higiene e tv não smart. Localização estava como centro, mas tinham poucas opções de comercio e restaurantes na redondeza. Necessidade de carro para deslocamento entre aposentos e recepção / café da manhã. Ideal para familia de ferias no verão.

Pontos positivos: preço razoável, boa localização, estacionamento gratuito e o carro fica perto do quarto, vista linda para o mar no café da manhã, conveniência 24 horas na recepção, bom atendimento Pontos negativos: má conservação dos quartos e espaços de uso comum, limpeza deixa a desejar (apesar do empenho das funcionárias; talvez precisassem de mais gente devido à grande extensão do hotel); falta reposição de itens no café, chegamos dentro do horário e vários pratos tinham acabado.

Hotel com potencial, mas precisa de investimento!
Conheço esse hotel há mais de 20 anos, tenho um carinho especial por ele,passei momentos agradáveis aí, mas confesso que me decepcionei com alguns pontos que vou relatar para que melhorem a experiência: 1) Como disse no título o hotel tem potencial, mas precisa de investimento. O hotel tem uma estrutura fantástica, com uma vista de tirar o folego, piscina térmica (grande diferencial), toboágua para as crianças, quadras de tênis e vôlei, piscina ao ar livre, sala de jogos, e entre outros atrativos como o contato com a natureza. 2) Desde a minha penúltima estadia percebi que o hotel foi vendido para um grupo chamado VB hotéis e eventos e uma política que prezava muito nas minhas hospedagens era o acolhimento e o tratamento dado aos hóspedes. Sinto que o atendimento mudou muito, funcionários frios, sem empatia, quase ninguém usa uniforme. 3) As instalações do hotel pararam no tempo, quase nada de manutenção, móveis velhos e surrados, no quarto que nos instalamos vazamento na banheira que alagava todo banheiro. Roupas de cama surradas (rasgadas e velhas) além do que no nosso quarto as cobertas estavam com cheiro de usadas (inadmissível). 4) Funcionários do café da manhã em poucas pessoas para o volume de hóspedes, não davam conta de atender tudo, quem chegava cedo conseguia pegar um buffet organizado, após era um Deus nos acuda! 5) Tenho um carinho enorme pelo hotel e pretendo voltar, mas é urgente um investimento em treinamento e melhorias estruturais nos quartos com urgência!

Perfecto pero a tener en cuenta ciertos puntos
El lugar en general es precioso, tienes todo en el lugar para pasar tus vacaciones allí. Si quieres ir a la playa hay que tener en consideración que el hotel está en un morro por lo que tendrás que bajar muchas escaleras o finalmente ir en auto. Las toallas de la habitación no las cambian hasta pasado los tres días, tampoco te brindan toallas para la piscina.

A experiência foi razoável, o acesso as dependências do hotel é dificultada pelas escadarias, coisa que não está nas descrições do hotel, pra quem tem alguma dificuldade física no caso de locomoção não consegue ir e vir nas atratividades e ou ir até a praia. Falta informações anteriores nas expecificações do hotel.
