The worst hotel experience in my life. I booked this hotel for 2 days, nearest to my family, since it had 3 of my top priorities: 1. Good wifi 2. Breakfast 3. Gym. The gym was out of service; the wifi was week and inefficient for mettings; I left within the hour so I didn’t try the breakfast. Elevator wait was unbearable (one out of 3 is for the garage only BUT THERE IS NO SIGN FOR IT, so you wait for nothing). Asked for a refund and still nothing yet (it’s been a week) even though they contacted me via WhatsApp to inform me “of their decision”. NO MANAGEMENT on weekends! Unbelievable…stay away.

Muitas melhorias a serem feitas.
Eu e meu namorado chegamos as 14:45 para o check in que estava marcado para ser a partir das 14:00h, no entanto, o quarta ainda não estava liberado pois a limpeza ainda não havia sido feita, aguardamos até 15:45 para poder entrar. Ao entrar no quarto, não era o quarto que reservei, pois tinha reservado um quarto melhor, com apenas uma cama de casal e nos colocaram num quarto com cama de casal e uma de solteiro, com qualidade bem inferior do que divulgado no site. No momento em que entramos no quarto os travesseiros estavam sem fronhas e não havia toalha de banho. O colchão da cama box era maior que a cama, ficava sobrando colchão nas laterais e o lençol não era preso no mesmo, ficando solto sobre o colchão. Durante a estadia, funcionários tentaram entrar duas vezes no quarto nos pegando de surpresa ao abrir a porta. O ar condicionado e o controle dele não estavam funcionando pois não saia da temperatura 27 graus, tanto que tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta. A tv não tinha controle e o frigobar estava vazio. O café da manhã é básico, mas estava bom. O atendimento da recepção foi ótimo o rapaz que nos atendeu foi super simpático. Mas no geral o hotel é bem mais ou menos. Não voltaria.

Hotel de baixa qualidade, sujo, não oferece nada ao hóspede, não tem taças para vinho, não tem um saca-rolhas, as cortinas sujas e empoeiradas, paredes do quarto sujas e pintura velha, corredores sujos e mal cuidados cheio de lixos pelos cantos, café da manhã o hóspede tem que desocupar as mesas com as louças sujas, enfim não recomendado.

Al llegar solo había una recepcionista, situación que generaba demora. Nadie hablaba español. Llegamos antes de tiempo y pedimos un espacio para descansar, amablemente nos cedieron la sala de juegos pero tenía un olor terrible a humedad y suciedad y todo el ambiente incluido muebles estaban deteriorados. El personal muy amable y presto a ayudar. Pero el hotel necesita mantenimiento. El ascensor fallaba.

Hotel histórico, com muito potencial de melhorias
A reserva foi incrível, no meio do caso das tempestades em POA a Claudia da recepção nos atendeu muito bem e conseguimos rápidamente tirar dúvidas e ir no hotel. Por ficar no centro da cidade, você tem acesso fácil para os principais bairros e pontos turisticos da cidade, a estrutura do prédio é impressionante, bem clássica sabendo que foi fundado em 1970. Contudo, levando o histórico de POA, sabemos que não tem governança política boa com investimentos no Turismo, assim como falta de negociação entre os hoteleiros, empresarios e sindicatos para organização da cidade com planos de investimento setor. Este contexto é essêncial, pois a estrutura do hotel é muito simples. Ficamos no 2º andar e o quarto que ficamos tinha uma cama de mola, balançava muito e fazia barulho. Travesseiros ruins. Banheiro com aranha (apelidamos de jorge), ar-condicionado barulhento, etc. O hotel tem potencial pra ser um Hyatt Mérida (méxico), mas entendo que existe dificuldade financeira para conseguir revitalizar este tipo de estrutura. O café da manhã é muito simples, mas entrega o necessário. O estacionamento foi o que mais me chateou, pois quando você chega você deve pagar o estacionamento e eles informam que na saída é feito um estorno, porém antecipamos o check-out na noite de sexta e na recepção nos informaram que não era possível fazer o reembolso, pois isso só seria possível falando antes com as pessoas do estacionamento (que já tinham saído). Local e custo-benefício são excelentes!!!

Em relação a estadia no app informava estacionamento, porém ao chegar informaram que deveria pagar para estacionar. Sinal de internet péssimo caindo várias vezes e de baixa qualidade. Acabei por utilizar meus dados móveis e acabei consumindo todo por conta disso. Banheiro, com manchas pretas nos vamos dos pisos, faltando uma qualidade de limpeza. O hotel informado no PP e de 4 estrelas, porém não faz jus ao hotel. Atendimento na recepção em relação aos recepcionistas ok, porém no tem qualidade suficiente para atender demanda de mais de uma pessoa, se tiver 3 pessoas para ser atendida, demorará um tempo pois existe somente um recepcionista. Mtas partes do hotel precisa de reformas, pois está com qualidade de séculos atrás, academia mto precária, espaço próximo a academia com móveis sujos e sofás encardidos.
