★ Pets We allow up to 2 dogs. When checking out, if the system doesn’t charge you $100/up to 2 dogs/stay, I will just send the payment request afterwards.

There's no yard, yet, plenty of places to walk the dogs, and lots of off leash parks nearby. Portland LOVES their pets. If you have another animal or more than two, please inquire first. Thank you for respecting the allowance of pets. The cleaner is diligent before and after every guest.

✹ Nightly prices are set by a third party program. It will already be included in your quote that each guest over the base rate of 3, including infants, incurs an additional $20/each night of the reservation.

✹While we don’t have sales tax here in Oregon, we have substantial lodging taxes, as you will see in your quote. This is a furnished monthly rental, therefore at 31 nights or more, is when our lodging taxes fall off. (Play around with the night counts)

✹Our Launderer /cleaner uses unscented/natural products for your comfort. You;ll receive starter paper products.
✹CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT :
Check-in after 4:00 PM. Check out by 11:00 AM. It takes time to make sure the cleans are thorough for every group.

We loved this property!! It's in a great location-quiet neighborhood that is so close to everything!
Bella was so great to work with and property was perfect for us! We enjoyed Alberta street and everything the Arts district had to offer and it was easy to get to downtown from here as well. The condo was perfectly apportioned with all necessities we needed. We traveled with 2 teenage and one adult son and didn't feel cramped at all, we had plenty of space and so much to do! I would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again!!!

Loved it!
Super cute, very clean and well furnished! We were able to walk to some great restaurants and shopping-the location is so convenient. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We loved being able to do our laundry so we could pack lighter! I would stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment rental!

Very neat place in a very good location!
Went for a long weekend and stayed in the downstairs unit. It was exactly what we needed! The owner was quick to respond and helpful from the moment we booked until the moment I got my refund deposit back. We would definitely come back here again.

Exactly what we needed and expected
We rented both upstairs and the downstairs units of this house for our family. Everyone in our group thought the house and the location was wonderful. The description and pictures were exactly what we got. The owner was quick to respond and helpful. A special treat was that the plum tree in the backyard was full of ripe fruit. We ate as much as we could handle, but there was hundreds more plums on the tree. We would definitely rent the units again.

Unhappy
After several hours talking to the ownwr we came to an agreement and I rented the apartment. Paid, etc. the next day as I am heading to Portland I get an email from VRBO that my fee was refunded and I have no place for me and my family. Real nice business practice.

Good location.
We were near a market and several restaurants. We never left the area for dinners. We usually drove only 5-10 minutes to a restaurant. The two bedrooms worked out well for us. The high capacity washer and dryer were very efficient. The clothes were dry in minutes. The living area was small. The only real annoyance was the upstairs tenant waking up early and doing their bathroom activities (you hear everything!) since this is a basement apartment. Wearing the ear plugs was not an option for me. Perhaps ceiling installation might be a future consideration. Bella was available and ready to always offer assistance.

Great Weekend Getaway!
We had a fantastic 3 day weekend in Portland! The condo had lots of room, so the 4 of us staying there could spend time together or sneak off for a decadent nap. The neighborhood was fun, with a fantastic grocery store just blocks away. I loved having morning coffee, sitting in the comfie chairs on the front porch. This is my second stay in one of these condos, and they are always clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is great to explore, with lots of unique shops and dining options.

Modern Magnificience
This little beauty was a perfect little home away from home for our family of three. It is conviently located near restaurants and neighborhood boutiques. A large park is just a few blocks away. It's very close to the airport. The owner has stocked the apartment with everything you would need and more. We loved having the option of preparing our own meals and washing laundry. Love this property. We also enjoyed working with the owner.

Great place, great location!
A co-worker and I stayed here for a work trip and it was exactly what we were looking for. It was nice to have two full bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and washer and dryer for our 4 day trip! The location was great... we walked to Alberta street for numerous meals and easy bus transportation to get around town. We also did a yoga class and went for a run through one of the nearby parks. It is a great spot to experience more cultural neighborhoods outside of downtown Portland!

Nice, Cozy, and Great Location
My boyfriend, myself, and two of our friends slept one night here. It was really comfortable for all of us, well-equipped with almost anything we may need, and clean and decorated nicely. The only complaint we all agreed on, was being woken up by footsteps and movement above us! We weren't expecting to be in a basement-like unit; so it wasn't very well insulated for noise; but the actual unit and stay was very comfortable and easy to access otherwise. Way better than a hotel either way!

I rented this place for four of my guys that travelled to Portland to exhibit at a trade show. It was fantastic! Close to the convention center and walking distance to fabulous restaurants and pubs. The guys were much happier than at a hotel!

PORTLAND STAY
The place was a nice size for a group of two couples and an infant. I think it would be pretty tight for a party of 6 people (especially 6 adults). Nice area to stay for an easy walk to several restaurants and bars. Quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to more bustling areas. It was a functional place, not luxurious. Good value for the money.

Quaint, contemporary, and well-appointed
Husband and I stayed here, while on an Oregon road-trip, with brother and sister-in-law who commented several times during our stay about how much they enjoyed the unit. Street parking was never a problem; most times we found a spot right out front, just steps away from the door. Inside, the owners seem to have thought of everything one could want while traveling and we were all impressed with the attention to detail in both style, quality of finishes, and provisions. We felt safe, secure, and had no noise issues with neighbors above (and hopefully they didn't hear us either). Beds were comfy; everything was clean and well-maintained. Not a large space, but we'd highly recommend it for a family or a pair of couples --although with only one bath, it might be a bit crowded for a group of 6. Bella, the owner, made herself available to address any needs or concerns, though we had none. Her communication and dedication to her guests' comfort was very apparent, and much appreciated. As others have mentioned in their reviews of this property, Bella was prompt in issuing the refund of our security deposit within hours of check-out --another indication of her sincerity, dedication and integrity. We wish the owner(s) much success and would highly recommend this property.

Charming, and great location!
I enjoyed staying here with my wife and two boys. We spent most of our time walking around the neighborhood and checking out the great shops and restaurants in the Alberta Arts district! Excellent!
It was a beautiful spot, just steps from the mcmenimens elementary school. Great spot to enjoy a craft beer, and some good eats. A little further from downtown than I hoped, but it was beautiful and quiet! Home was well taken care of, and had everything we needed. I'd recommend to anyone!

Two nights near the Alberta Arts District
My husband and I stayed here for his birthday weekend. The location was great- walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and services. It was nice being nestled in a neighborhood with all the amenities of home. We brought our little dogs with us and they were very comfortable. Its a relatively quiet neighborhood yet so close to great shopping and food. I loved the fiesta ware in the kitchen and the fun colors! Nice plush towels and a cozy bed! We highly recommend this little gem!

sweet home away from home
Had a great weekend... I love the neighborhood, with the fun grocery store nearby & coffee shop a few blocks away. Nothing better that being able to cook a good dinner while traveling, rather than always eating out; I appreciate a nice kitchen. Liked the colors, and furnishings - that place was immaculate. Luxurious
Four of us women friends stayed for two nights. We had a wonderful time! The home is spacious, gorgeously appointed in every room, very comfortable beds, immaculately clean. We had two cars and finding parking on the street was a breeze. The neighborhood is great for coffee shops, health foods, restaurants, walks. Bella was very responsive to our queries. I highly recommend this home for your Portland destination.

Noisy upstairs neighbors
As others have said, Bella was wonderful to work with. We had a couple of small glitches and she quickly returned text messages to solve the issues. The unit itself is clean and well furnished. The location is easily walkable to restaurants, coffee, and other shops. However, the upstairs neighbors were up late with company and incredibly loud. We could hear their late night conversations word for word and they were cooking something around 1 am one night and set off the smoke alarm one night as we were sleeping which sounded in our unit as well. I would recommend this place if you are going o be up late or out late, but not otherwise.

Clean and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was conveniently located for exploring Portland, with nice neighborhood and parks to take our dog. The unit was immaculately clean and comfortable for our stay. When we had issues logging onto the internet, Bella responded right away and got everything straightened out. Highly recommend!

Fun stay in a cute condo!
We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful time staying in this cute little condo. I loved being in a residential area and near all the fun shops and restaurants on Alberta street. I am from the northwest, but I felt like this was our first time seeing the "real" Portland, not just the airport or the mall. :) The condo had everything you could need, including laundry soap for the washer and dryer, which is something I always forget when I'm on vacation. Lots of nice touches, cute decor and well equipped kitchen. Other reviewers mentioned the noise from the unit above, which is something I was a little worried about with 2 young kids, but it was just fine, very normal if you've ever lived in an apartment building. There were several fans to provide white noise at night for those who might need it, and we all slept very well. Owners were friendly and helpful, and we got our deposited refunded the day after we got home. I definitely recommend this fun spot for anyone visiting Portland!

Great location!
Some friends and my husband and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend and had such a great time! There was plenty of room in the house for 5 people and it had everything we needed (there is only one small tv in the living room but we weren't in the condo enough for that to really matter). It was about a $20 cab ride to the Saturday market, but we also were able to walk to a bunch of great bars, resturaunts and stores from the house! Would highly recommend this spot!
