Built 2021 in a 10++ location just 2 blocks to NEW SEASONS, Coffee Bean and great amenities on a corner lot. Main level Great room style w/fireplace, dining, high ceilings, pantry, peninsula kitchen/bar stools. Upstairs features double suites and convenient laundry room. Large fenced back yard with large upscale covered patio. Barbeque, fire pit, a large screen TV and upscale outdoor furniture.

This two bedroom family home is right in the middle of Lake Oswego in a very quiet neighborhood. 3 blocks to George Rogers Park and New Seasons market. One block to Freepons park. All bedroom furniture is brand new featuring 2 king beds. You will love the gathering spaces in the home, watching TV in the warmth of the gas fireplace. Brand new outdoor covered patio. Restoration Hardware decorations, 3 new TV's, amazing kitchen and dining room.

Another great stay
We are fortunate to travel to Lake Oswego regularly and love staying in this house. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen great patio and Rod was nice enough to supply fantastic weather for our latest stay.

Above and beyond
The house was perfect with everything you could want. The host contacted me shortly after arriving with further information and tips for things to do. The next day we realized that the air conditioning was not working. We contacted the host who gave us some ideas that might have worked. As soon as we realized it was not going to be able be offered us another house he had nearby. This house was exceptional and huge. We moved into the new house and had the time of our lives. Super great host that made everything great. Our daughter moved to Portland so we will be back. Thank you for a wonderful get away.

First Trip to Oregon Was Amazing
Our experience in Oregon was truly exceptional, as it was our first visit to this remarkable state. Everything surpassed our expectations, particularly the phenomenal home where we stayed. Upon entering, it felt as if we were stepping into a brand new abode, meticulously maintained and tastefully decorated. The location was ideal, with a variety of restaurants just a few miles away, adding convenience to our stay. Not only was the home immaculately clean, but it also exuded an air of elegance. The master bedroom exceeded all our expectations, providing a tranquil haven to retreat to after our adventurous hiking days. The master bathroom, unlike any we had encountered before, left us in awe with its remarkable design and luxurious amenities. Returning to this haven of relaxation was truly a highlight of our trip. Perfect girls get-away
Loved our VRBO experience. We’re 4 over 65ers meeting from across the country. This home was perfect! Everything you needed and extra clean. We used fire pit and kitchen a lot. The beds were SO comfortable. The Lake Oswego area was so enjoyable that we didn’t do much sitting but enjoyed the beautiful lake and area. Thanks Rod…. We will stay again!

We stayed at the Spruce st property for 3 days while taking my kid to college. The house was well appointed and clean. I loved the outdoor space complete with large screen TV. The kitchen was just the right size and we loved gas stove. The bed rooms were clean and very comfortable. The master bath had a huge bathtub which we really enjoyed.
