Nestled in the eastern shadow of Mount Tabor, Montavilla is centrally located and incredibly walkable.

Your apartment is in the center of it all, less than a mile from vibrant downtown Montavilla. You'll enter through your private entrance (contactless check-in/check-out), then it's just a few steps down to your spacious apartment, with stained concrete floors, cozy decor and vibrant art. Stretch out in your 1100 sq. ft. digs, with a modern, open concept design and a fun Portland vibe!

Make yourself at home. Chill out and binge your favorite Netflix shows on the 50" Smart TV (free Netflix and Prime Video are included), catch up on emails/social media in your work space, prepare a meal in your fully stocked kitchen, or get out and explore thriving Montavilla, Mt Tabor, and the creative bustling city of Portland.

There's plenty of room for the whole family, with one queen bed and two twin beds. The fully stocked kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, sink, electric stove (2 burner), oven/air fryer, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig) and electric kettle, plus everything you'll need to prepare a meal (basic spices and condiments, cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, etc). For your convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer.

Enjoy your private outdoor space, where you can relax in the sun, meditate, or take a nap in the hammock. There is parking for one car on the left side of the driveway (see photo) and free street parking for additional guests.

Want an outdoor adventure? Look no further than the awe-inspiring Mount Tabor. Open reservoirs, hiking trails and an extinct volcano await you, at this Southeast Portland park. You’ll enjoy spectacular views across Southeast Portland at the mountain’s summit, with the city skyline and West Hills in the distance. Grab a seat on one of the benches here and watch the glorious sunset.

Looking for good eats? The choices are endless - from amazing local cafe's to mouth-watering restaurants. Some of my favorites include: Bipartisan Cafe, The Observatory, Fressen Artisan Bakery and Cafe, Blank Slate, East Glisan Pizza Lounge, Hanoi Kitchen, The Yard at Montavilla, Miyamoto, Roscoe's and Hungry Heart Bakery. If you love fried chicken, you gotta try Jojo Food Truck on SE Powell. Yum! Montavilla is a foodie's dream.

Looking for cool places to shop? The Maven Collective has a mix of vintage and new pieces, clothing, books and jewelry, plus a lovely plant selection. Beanstalk has an excellent selection of gently used clothing and toys for kids. Cactus Records carries vintage vinyl, clothes, jewelry, and gorgeous blankets. Antiquing?
