Guest Access:
Our guests will have access to everything in the house; this is a perfectly private rental. There is a separate ADU on-site with its own private entrance and gravel parking area but they will not impact your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located just eight miles south of downtown Portland, Lake Oswego is not your typical bedroom community. The thriving city of almost 37,000 is centered around the lake of the same name and bordered by the Willamette River, offering wonderful views and great walks.
With numerous nearby parks, paths, and reputable restaurants, Lake Oswego is a peaceful, beautiful retreat with easy access to Portland and surrounding areas.
Getting Around:
-- Feel free to bring a car! There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Please do not block the gravel parking reserved for the on-site ADU.
-- Tri-Met bus line route 38 is a short walk from the home. The closest stop that will take you into the city is stop ID 564.
Other Things to Note:
-- Because this gorgeous home is located in the woods, you will notice various critters around. It is not abnormal to see coyotes, deer, raccoons and, during the fall, boxelder bugs, which will seek comfort in the warmth of the house. Please note these bugs are harmless, and we do not spray toxic chemicals to rid the house of them.
--IMPORTANT: Smoking of any kind indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine and additional action up to eviction.
--As required by the city for permit requirement of the rental, the following information are required for all guests whose reservations will be accepted:
1) Full name of each guest

4) Email address
5) License plate number if bringing a car (please provide on the day of check in if renting a vehicle)
6) Estimated arrival time
-- This home has a 3 night/4 person minimum for all weekend stays during the High Season (April-September) and 3 night minimum on all weekends in the Low Season ( October - March) and all major holidays.
-- The driveway allows for up to 2 cars. Please ensure you do not block the gravel portion of the driveway as that is for guests at the separate adu.
-- This home is not wheelchair accessible
