The cottage is privately located at the back end of the owner's lot, is full of amenities such as radiant heat floors, skylights in every room, cable TV, wifi, a ceiling fan, full kitchen with a gas stove, oven and dishwasher.
The bedroom has classic, blonde 1950's Heywood Wakefield furniture. 100% cotton sheets and towels; plus shampoo, conditioner and Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap are provided in the sleek shower. We're perfect for one or a couple.
The cottage earned an Earth Advantage Green Building platinum certification for utilizing innovative building practices to reduce dependency on non-renewable energy. A rack for shoes is provided so they may be left outside in summer and just inside in winter.
There are two entrances to the cottage - one from the street with on-street parking and another accessed through the alley. The private patio with seating and a table is all yours with a striped awning to protect from the hot sun in summer.
