The vibe is great and far from the hustle and bustle of the Old Port. One of the best bakery/coffee shops I've ever been to. The food at the hotel is exceptional, healthy and reasonably priced. Great bar and the bartender clearly has mastered his trade.

Excellent. Brand new hotel with attentive staff and nice rooms. Pleasant bar and good size and amenities. If anything was wrong, it’s a little off the main drag with some odd and rundown neighbors.

It was a perfect stay, we were in the spa suite which was quite large, extremely clean and had an amazing Jacuzzi bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, but I would strongly suggest them to add to softer down pillows for the king-size bed. It’s something I would definitely go back. Highly recommend Longfellow hotel.

Great hotel with a nice bar/lounge area, cafe, and spa. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations on things to see and do around Portland. A little off the beaten path, but it was an easy walk down to the Arts District and Old Port after a coffee from the cafe or at the bakery next door. It is on a main street just down from the fire department, so expect a few sirens during your stay. Other than that, it was fairly quiet and peaceful.

I’ve stayed at the Hewing Hotel in Minneapolis and the design and feel of the Longfellow reminds me of the Hewing. It was a very comfortable down to earth spot. I’ll be back.

The hotel is lovely and the spa services are first class. Some teething problems were experienced with the hotel having opened only a couple of weeks before. The manager was very responsive and I would return there another time.

Not just great customer service. The staff is genuinely kind. Because our flight was delayed, a staff member went out and bought snacks at the local 7-11 so that my kids had something to eat when we arrived late at night. Another staff member helped set up Netflix. Great decor. Tasty breakfast. 100% recommend.

Great property to stay in Portland. The bar was great and the rooms lovely. Communication was made through texting so it was fast and efficient. Our room had a problem with the AC. We didnt notice it but they noticed and immediately told us and offered an upgrade and new room. Would highly recommend this hotel. Congratulations on a great property. BTW, ask for a room in the fifth floor. Great views from there.

This is our new “go to” boutique hotel in Portland. The service is top notch, from the front desk, to the town car drivers, valet, to the bartender who knows his craft. Super friendly and there for you whenever you need something. The hotel is 2-months old and absolutely spotless with every detail thought through in every corner. Wish more hotels were designed like this. Extra amenities in the pantry. A beautiful pour over coffee set up in the room. The plushest velvet robes to lounge around in while you take in the views from the daybed of The Panorama Room. Super comfortable bed and a spa shower with high-end lotions and potions. A nice 10-minute walk to the old port area through a pretty neighborhood. Thank you Longfellow team. We will be back.
