Really cool hotel. It even had a sauna which was really relaxing. It’s downtown Portland but quiet and good nights sleep and walking distance to Oregon Convention Center. Also very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a great time at KEX. They had these large drawers under the bunk beds where you could store your stuff and lock it up. I felt safe. I really like the proximity of the bar and the sauna. Parking was a pain, but you get that with any city area.

Really cool vibe and very spacious for a hostel. The elevator broke while I was there, but the stairs weren't too bad and they had it fixed the same day - very repsonsive and helpful staff! And the restaurant in the lobby was awesome!
