Parking was convenient. Hotel is beautiful and located right in the middle of things. Room was very nice and staff friendly. As others have mentioned there really is no area to eat breakfast so you can sit in the gallery nearby or take it to your room. Still a very pleasant visit. I recommend the small Irish pub across the street for the live music and the brewery next door which has a small menu but excellent food.

Very much enjoyed staying at this property. The one thing about this is they don't have front desk staff at night. We checked in after hours, but it was easy enough. Nice rooms, comfy beds, right in the middle of town. Would stay again for sure. Complitmentary breakfast was delicious, just need a microwave. Will be back

Really nice boutique hotel. Rooms and everywhere is clean, staff was great (when they were there), breakfast was terrific for continental. Great location! Rooms a bit small.

The hotel is small and fits right into the neighborhood with all the buildings close to the street. What this hotel might not have is offered by their sister hotels in the area.

Relaxing at Grand Hotel
Totally perfect location, shops available on t he street outside, restaurants a minute walk away. Enjoyed the very quiet room, never heard other guests. Great stay !

There was no one at the desk around the clock. It felt like a third party was running the hotel. I am not sure what I would have done if something happened during the night. The room was very small. The common outdoor balcony was not very clean.

Excellent location. Quiet room. The digital key did not automatically download when the room was ready. It would have been nice to have access to the room earlier to freshen up after a long drive, but not the end of the world.

SPOTLESS! Only complaint was checking in. No one was at the desk and we were told to walk to the Kennebunkport Inn. It was difficult to get a number. It took me 30 minutes to straighten out. Annoying but not a big deal!

Have stayed here several times … always a good experience. Some suggestions: need better lighting in the bathroom!!! Touch-up peeling wallpaper in bathroom. Small fridge in room would be great. While I greatly miss the 1st floor suite, will look forward to eating at the restaurant during our next visit.

Our bedroom was tiny. Pictures showed larger accommodations. Other larger rooms available at same price but we were given small room. Won’t stay here next time we come back Front desk person was not friendly The hallway on our level had an ice refrigerator that appeared to be there temporarily but was in use. Bad
