ATTENTION: We reserve the right to check-in during your stay via outside inspection. We do not enter the home during your stay without your express, mutually agreed upon, consent, OR unless we have valid reason to believe house rules are being violated.
We respectfully ask that you enforce quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise indoors. Amplified loud speakers are not permitted outside the home. Please contain excessive noise indoors out of respect for our neighbors.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors or in the garage. If you need to smoke, please use the porches and be sure to dispose of remnants and smell properly and refrain from leaving traces of this on the floors or inside the house. Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.
There is a lift that is available for people of all abilities to use. The weight limit is 400 lbs. (2-3 people or 1 person with luggage). The door close automatically after 18 seconds. Kindly treat this feature with care and patience so it can be available for those who require it!
Vehicles must be parked on pavement or in the garage to maintain the property's integrity. A fine of $100 will be imposed for any violations.
Kindly inform the host about the number of guests staying, as the property has permanent sleeping accommodations for 14 or temporary accommodations for up to 18 guests. Additional fees apply.
If you are bringing pets, please inform your host of the number, breed, and size. Please make sure your pet is properly trained or properly regulated as to not cause excessive damage to the property or excessive disturbance to our neighbors. Please clean up after your pet. Any excessive damages or misuse of this courtesy are subject to additional fines.
Please only flush toilet paper. Our septic system cannot handle anything else! The system will be working when you check in, so if it is experiencing issues upon check out, you will be responsible for any fees. This will be a MINIMUM of $500, so please please only flush toilet paper!!
