I wish I could give a better review here. There's a process problem with the laundry, I think. We found several long black hairs in the bedding and sheets, very noticeable. So we asked for new bedding. The new bedding also had long black hairs (I've got short grey hair. My wife has long red hair, so it's not us).
We asked to switch rooms. New rooms had bedding with you guessed it: long black hairs. So we asked for new bedding again. It arrived with... long black hairs on it. My wife's disabled, so moving hotels was not feasible. So we complied images and video of it, then gingerly cleaned the sheets ourselves as best we could.
I asked the front desk for options. Because we booked through Expedia, the front desk couldn't do anything. I then contacted Expedia, and they mentioned they could give a very small credit for a future stay, but told me the hotel manager can make better restitution. Each day I asked the front desk to have the manager call me with a plan about this, gave them my contact information. I've heard nothing then, and nothing now.
It's not too late to contact me, make restitutions and let me know what the plan is to fix this going forward. That's pretty awful.
Rest of hotel was tired, if serviceable, but I get that this isn't a 5-star. And I should note that they are in the process of reflooring some of the rooms. And none of this is on the front desk staff, they were a bright point in all of this, even if they couldn't do much.
