This delightful end-of-terrace house spans three floors, offering a small sitting-out area and convenient parking space for a small car (please be aware that the parking space should be driven into rather than reverse parked due to the narrow street and space). The ground floor welcomes you with an open-plan living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a shower room. Ascending to the first floor (steep staircase), a cosy double bedroom awaits, accompanied by an additional bedroom featuring bunk beds that leads to a utility room and a family bathroom. The journey continues to the second floor, revealing a spacious master bedroom, completing the inviting layout of Mallams.
