Located in the secure residence ‘Le Clos de Socorro’, this T3 house offers you a peaceful stay in the heart of nature, with a direct view of the nature reserve. Ideal for family holidays, it has a terrace with an enclosed garden, a barbecue and garden furniture to make the most of sunny days.

Ground floor:
- Bright living room with fitted kitchen area and sofa bed.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: 160 cm double bed.
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed.
- Shower room with WC.

The house is equipped with all modern conveniences:
- Washing machine, combined fridge/freezer, real oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, SENSEO.
