This beautiful townhouse can take up to six guests and it is 10 minutes’ walk or 2 minutes’ drive to Prainha and 7 minutes to Alvor quaint village or Praia da Rocha, with all its shops and restaurants.

The townhouse has 2 suites, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds (4 people) + 1 sofa bed in the living room (2 children up to 14 years old or 1 adult) + extra baby bed. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and DVD, wifi, air conditioning, cable TV and garden overlooking the pool and outdoor furniture.
This quiet development, where the property is located, stands out not only for the high quality of its accommodation units but also for the wide range of services and equipment available for all ages, such as 3 outdoor swimming pools for adults, and 2 for children and an indoor pool, including the Atlantic, in the shape of a shell, which is at the top of the cliff, with the ocean as a background, children's pool, restaurants of various specialties and superior quality, tennis courts, health club, spa, minimarket and much more. Guests will be able to access all the services in the resort, although some of them have an additional cost and to be paid on the spot.
The surrounding area is quiet, but it is close to the best golf courses in the region and only 2 km from the small fishing village of Alvor and Praia da Rocha, two different places but famous for their restaurants, handicrafts and entertainment.

Any necessary or requested intermediate cleaning for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.
For stays above 28 days, the law does not oblige to any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly clean using our service providers will be mandatory and it will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.
Stays equal or longer than 28 days, expenses for water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charge to the guests.
Please note that a tourist tax applies to all guests staying in our accommodation. This tax is imposed by the local municipality and must be paid in addition to the accommodation cost. The fee is 1 Euro per night, per person, for a maximum of 7 nights from November 1st to March 31st, and 2 Euros per night, per person, for a maximum of 7 nights from April 1st to October 31st. Guests under 13 years old are exempt from this tax.
