"Amazing staff- our dog Rollo was treated like a rockstar! All of the staff made a fuss of him, he was given treats and even had his own omelette made for him for breakfast. It wasn’t just the above and beyond service for Rollo, it was for us as well, we were checking out and leaving very early 5am, the reception staff had made us a packed breakfast and insisted on making us a cappuccino before we hit the road. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff all take time to speak with you and dogs are welcomed as part of the family. I would stay here again and would recommend highly."

"We spent a week at the Grand Hotel Terme di Sirmione in mid-September 2024. The hotel is excellent, and all the staff are always helpful. The thermal pool was a big hit, you can spend many happy hours in it even when it is raining. The sulphur smell from the thermal pool can at times intrude into small parts of the hotel (the smell is not really noticeable in the open air at the pool), but that is a very small price for such a wonderful facility. The buffet breakfast is OK but if, like me, you like your bacon thickly cut they will slice and cook it specially on order, along with freshly cooked accompaniments like grilled mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and fried egg. If you are a dog lover you will not be bothered by the fact that at weekends Italian guests bring their dogs and these are allowed into the restaurant! This is the only aspect of the hotel I would want to change, but having said that we will happily stay there again in the future."

"The location is at a very convenient (walkable) distance from the castle of Sirmione, without being too close. This way we avoided the traffic jam."

"Arrived on a Sunday and initially we were redirected by the local police as they were not allowing cars to get any closer to the area where the hotels are located. We tried alternative routes and did not find any and next time we arrived at the roundabout we explained that we were staying overnight and allowed us through. We did not realise that the hotels have a separate parking area with a shuttle cart to take you to the hotel. We had difficulty getting the QR code for the parking from the Hotel but once we got that it was easy enough. This should be highlighted when booking on your site and would make the experience much more relaxed."

"Our stay here was amazing! Although we were only here for one night, we wish we got to stay longer. The building, rooms, and staff are all lovely. This is in very close proximity to Gardaland and Movieland for some fun day trips. We would absolutely recommend! "
