The Lookout, seafront, beachfront, stunning views

8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (4)
"Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd."

Our Wee Getaway

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (6)
"Lovely bright, warm flat. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay. It’s right in the centre of Rothesay so everything is on your doorstep. It’s on the second floor which was a challenge for our elderly dog but it means that you have a great view from the bay window in the living room.A previous review mentioned a lack of parking outside. You can park for 30 minutes, plenty of time to unload the car and there are loads of places to park for free within a very short walking distance. We hope to...

"This property is fabulous. It is definitely a home from home, has everything you need & i would live here full-time. Fantastic views & very central to town. The beds are very comfortable & has great extras like phone chargers for any phone. Power shower & as it was a winter holiday the heating kept the house lovely & cosy.
