The Esplanade Beach House

Beautifully renovated, charming spacious 3 bedroom house across the road from the beach. Uninterrupted bay views from living areas and main bedrooms. Fully fenced front and backyard, with off street parking and plenty of room for a boat. Perfect family holiday house with separate bungalow/games room ideal for young families with children.

Fully self contained kitchen with new appliances, large family living and dinning areas, flat screen TV, DVD and games. Outdoor entertaining areas in both the front and backyards, sit and watch the boats go by or escape the sun and enjoy a private BBQ in the landscape garden.

Bedding consists on 3 new queens sized beds. (Sleeps 6) Pillows and Duvet provided please bring your own linen and towels. Seperate games room/lounge TV in backyard entertainment room. Single renovated bathroom, please note laundry facilities are available in town if required.

Short Beach Escape
We stayed with our two children (8 & 6) for 4 days who loved being across the road from the beach and had a great time exploring. Very comfortable accommodation with great bay views. The front deck was great to sit and takebinbthe views while the kids played on the lawn. Enough space for a small family and a nice ride / walk to town.

What an absolute awesome place to stay.

We loved this little place for our mini vacay!!

Another great stay!
This is either our 4th or 5th stay at 60 The Esplanade. We love this location, the views, the owner is fabulous to deal with, and sometimes there are bonus seals to see sunbaking on the rocky outcrop a few meters offshore! Extended family can always find several other accommodations nearby so we can all meet up for meals. It can't get more perfect than that!

We loved our stay at Sophie’s home. Great location with quiet beach across the street with easy access. Great parking for both large boat and two cars. Very happy with kitchen and space of property. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to all.

What a beautiful place to relax for a couple of days. Enjoyed everything about our stay, especially sitting under the verandah people watching. We loved it so much we thought we better come back before Christmas, so rebooked again today. What a Gem!

Third or fourth stay now over the years. Cant fault the location or the place. Views to die for. Would love a washing machine at location as that’s the only thing we think it’s missing.

Great location with sheltered swim area on your doorstep. Property clean and perfect for family. We didn’t take our gigs up this time however it is secure and safe for pets.

Love the deck
We stayed for 3 nights in April 2023. It was easy to book, check in was fine. The front deck was used more than anywhere else in the house - we sat and watched the water and the boats for hours. We’re now planning our next stay. Thank you.

The perfect holiday
We enjoyed the perfect holiday at this beautiful property. We had 100% comfort and as keen photographers we loved the opportunities to jump out of bed in the mornings and take advantage of the sensational sunrises over the sea. The house is spacious, well appointed and has wonderful secure parking for a vehicle and/or boat. We would love to come and stay again. Thank you Sophie for giving us this opportunity.

Pleasant stay..
Property was clean inside. Outside, back and front yards were very untidy. No weeding or mowing had been done for a while. Good yards for dogs and kids if grass had been shorter. Well equipped kitchen. When packing your linen, don't forget to add an extra towel or bath mat. Over all, we enjoyed our stay.
