"This lodge is a hidden gem. The food at the restaurant was a little hit and miss, but everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Greivin went out of his way to help in any way he could and he also leads the excellent Quetzal tours every morning!! Great stay!!"

"This was my second visit one of the best hotels in the Savegre Valley for birders. The accommodations are excellent (including heating in the rooms & hot showers!), with the mountain-view villas being especially good for birders. A major bonus is a wonderful bird-feeding area attracting lots of hummingbirds & frugivores. The only drawback on this visit was the disappointing meals on our first evening - I hope just a reflection of temporary staffing problems. Fortunately excellent restaurants...

"The owners and family were amazing and friendly to help! Rooms average but clean. Unfortunately we were expecting a normal restaurant per the website and that is not available unless a group is pre booked. "

"Lovely intimate setting in the forest. 3 safe swimmable falls within walking distance from the cabin. Toucans visited during morning coffee. Thank you Jason for the great breakfasts. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at Just Perfecto. The property itself is gorgeous with fantastic panoramic views. The house sits between Quepos and Uvita whicb provides easy access to various activities. We opted for breakfast and dinner service by Rambo and Diego who were excellet throghout our stay. They went beyond their "regular" menu to customize to our preferences. Would highly recommend staying at Just Perfecto!"

"We loved our time at Portasal Living. The villa was amazing, with lots of space and the pool was amazing for a dip every day.. From seeing toucans and parrots right before us to the amazing dinner by our private chef Desiree, it was such a great time. Heriberto was great in getting our tour and trip tickets for all the sights. They even greeted us with a Bottle of wine for our anniversary.
