"From the moment we arrived until we checked out at the Marriott Courtyard Kalamazoo/Portage hotel, Front Desk Agent Ryan provided exceptional service! He was friendly, helpful, and accommodating! He offered us the “special of the day” to take to our room, which was a delicious slice of German chocolate cake, and told us there would be popcorn available in the lobby during the night - great touches!
